ORDER

How do I place an order?
Please select the products you want, when finished go to the cart icon and follow the steps for check-out. At Checkout, you can either log into your account, create an account or checkout as a guest. Make sure you fill in all fields marked with *

You will receive an automatic order confirmation to your e-mail address once the order has been placed successfully. After that, you will be contacted by a colleague from Customer Care for confirmation and details. Please make sure your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can reach you when necessary.

You can also place orders on WhatsApp, Email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Message or by phone.
How will a Customer Care Representative contact me?
Usually through WhatsApp, email or SMS. We will use any means to contact you, but we prefer WhatsApp as it is the fastest way.
Are the products in stock?
All our products are handmade to order, we rarely have a product on stock. We believe in the garments made with uttermost care specially for your child!

Also, we don't guarantee that we can make every design with every option at any time. However, if you place an order and we are unable to make the garment, we will refund you the paid amount.
How long does it take to make my order?
Usually it takes 5 to 10 working days for making the order and another 1-6 days for delivery, depending on the country and region. We use fast door-to-door shipping offered by DHL Express for international deliveries and Fan Courier for deliveries in Romania.

However, if possible, we suggest you to place an order taking at least 3 weeks in consideration, to be sure we will be able to make and send your order in time for the big event, and if something doesn't fit well, to make adjustments.
Can I place a rush order?
Yes, you can, and if possible we will do it, for sure. Just send us a message. If needed, a tax can be charged.
Can I make alterations to a style?
Yes, you can, because all products are made to order. If you don't find the option that you want in the product page, please send us a message for details and price.
I don't know what size to order...
You can check the size chart, you can ask us or just select the closest one. After placing the order we will surely contact you to clarify this aspect. It is also possible to ask you for measurements to be sure we choose the right size and the garment will be a perfect fit.

Please note that the dimensions in the size chart are for the child, not for the clothing. All garments have a few inch/cm looseness depending on the style and size.
Does your size run smaller or bigger?

There is still time until the event, I'm afraid that my child will grow in the meantime
You can write about your concerns in the comment box, when placing the order, but after placing the order, we will contact you to discuss the sizes and ask for the event date. Having this information, we can easily estimate how much the child will grow and what size will be a good fit.
I don't find perfectly matching accessories or baptism trousseau for the outfit I want to order
In this situation you can contact us, preferably through WhatsApp, if available, or you can order the design that you like and tell us in the comment box, when placing the order, that you want the products to match. We can use the same fabrics or alter the design accordingly in order to have the perfect match.
All these aspects will be discussed after placing the order, when our customer care representative will contact you.
In the pictures, the accessories seem to have a slightly different color than the outfit...
After placing the order, we will be sure to match them perfectly, or we can discuss with you about the options, before placing the order. You just need to send us a message! :)
How can I personalise my products?
Most products have a personalization option, like for example the baby's name embroidered. Even if they don't have the option, some of them can be personalized, as they are handmade. You just need to let us know through the comment section when you place an order or by leaving us a message.
For the products that don't have the personalization option, we may charge a small fee.
Why do my products look different from the image on the website?
While we make every effort to ensure that the coloring, design and style of the products in the photographs displayed on the website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to two factors – all our products are handmade (fabrics, sewing, finishes, boxing); there are technical restrictions of color reproduction, as the screen settings vary for every phone, tablet or computer and might affect the hue and shades of the image.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, after placing the order, even if you paid already, you can still modify or cancel the order when a customer representative will contact you for details.
Can I send an item as a gift?
Yes. Simply mention "the order is a gift" in the comments field, when placing order.




PAYMENT

What payment options do I have?
Debit/Credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard), PayPal (that accepts also other cards as American Express, Discover, etc), Bank wire, Cash on delivery (only for Romania - certain deliveries).

Is online card payment safe?
We process all orders through our SSL shopping cart (Secure Sockets Layer), the technology that protects the transmission over the Internet of your payment card data. We are a verified online store and we do not see or store your credit card information.
The "https:'' part in the beginning of our site address is the guarantee of a secure page.
Can I choose not to pay for the moment? Can I still pay with my debit/credit card later?
When placing the order, you can choose "Bank Wire" as a payment method. That allows you to pay after you receive confirmation from our Customer Care representative. You can still choose to pay with your debit/credit card. We will send you by email a secure payment link, to the same securised payment module that you would normally use at checkout on our store.




SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship? What carrier do you use? Is it fast shipping?
We use fast shipping worldwide provided by DHL Express internationally and Fan Courier for Romania.
Where are you shipping from?
Bucharest, Romania, Europe
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery takes usually 1-5 business days, depending on location, but please keep in mind that it also takes 5-10 business days to make the order. Also in the busiest periods of the year, like Holiday Season, some delays can occur.

Petite Coco is not responsible for the delay of shipping caused by the customs clearance.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates depend on the delivery destination and order value. For more details, please go to DELIVERY & PAYMENT page - Delivery section.
Do I need to pay custom taxes or any other taxes except for what I see when I place the order?
We deliver worldwide and most of the countries have custom duties or other local taxes. We don't know exactly what these taxes are for each country, as is not us charging them.
Some of them also have an exemption limit for charging custom duties and taxes.

What about orders delivered in the USA?
For orders under $800, you don't pay any customs duties, sales or local taxes.
If the order is bigger we can gladly help you split it in 2 separate shippings.




RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return and exchange policy?

Can I return a custom made product?
If it's a custom made or personalized item, it can't be returned, but we will gladly modify it as you see fit, if possible. If necessary, a modification fee can be applied.

All the products are designed and tailor-made in our own workshop in Bucharest, Romania since 2010.
Do you have a store where I can see the products?
We have a beautiful showroom in the heart of the city where you can see our latest designs and fabrics. Please contact us for an appointment and for checking if we have the style or the fabrics that you would like to see.
